Dosage & Cycle Guidelines
Stenabolic has an extremely short half-life of four hours so your daily dosage should be split into 4 and taken every four hours for it to stay in your body and work its magic. If you have never taken Stenabolic before, start at the low end of the dosage scale and slowly increase the dosage. This gradual introduction of SR9009 will help avoid side effects as your body get’s used to Stenabolic.
For Men: The recommended Stenabolic dosage is 10 to 60mg daily split into 4 doses taken 4 hours apart. Works best when you take 30 minutes before working out and after meals.
For Women: Dosage ranges from 5 to 15mg per day, again split into four doses taken 4 hours apart. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should avoid Anadrol unless directed by their doctor.
